The best friendships are with those who you can laugh, weep and be authentically you around.
Such friends are rare; you randomly come to mind and they immediately check on you.
They make you feel special even if they’re being brash about it.
They go all out for you when you’re down, and never try to put you down further.
They celebrate your wins with you, as well as mourn your losses, sometimes more than you!
Some are unable to express their love for you the way you expect, but there’s never a doubt in your heart that they have your best interests at heart.
They do not try to outshine you in random things, on random days:
If they post a selfie where you’re looking silly, best believe you wouldn’t be alone!
When someone else compliments you to them, they ignite their admiration by telling them even more things about you that they love.
The best part is, they will never see you make a mistake and watch you continue on that path without warning you, praying for you (or even both)!
When there’s a disagreement, there’s haste to make up because life without each other is colourless.
When you have a true friendship, you will NEVER doubt it!
